I think the machina is broken. Anybody else hear this?

So I give up trying to get this thing apart. At least for now. Think I've stabbed myself in the hand enough times to learn my lesson.

Aaaaanyway, I hear you people are from...different worlds. Or something. Mind telling me about them? I like traveling and hearin' about different places. I can talk about Spira, if you're interested.

Anybody familiar with this machina...machine? I'm trying to get into this thing. But so far no good. Just wondering if anybody's got an idea of how to pop it open. If you do, I'll be down gettin food.

[Gippal went digging around on deck 12 looking for tools. And he's found a few. So he's taken to trying to pry apart his communicator. There's static and lots of it. Gippal's voice can probably be heard in random spurts between the static.]
